This book talks about the implementation process and this is a very key importante issue to have a succesful implementation.

This book is very intersting and very helpfull for now day IT. Even if I did not need it for school I would have bought it to expand my professional knowledge.

Ordered a book that was shown available. Paid for it, seller contacted me saying it was no longer available. Although seller did contact me right away, now I have to wait 5 days for my money to be refunded. Keep track of your inventory!!! Huge inconvenience for me :(
