Customer Reviews:
5 out of 5 stars The quick guide to many CRM answers - this book saves time.   July 21, 2010
D. Weiner (New York NY)
CRM Unleashed as a complete guide to unlocking the potential of your CRM system. The techniques contained in the book will guide you based on best practices and tested methodology. This book offers complete solutions for many common questions which will lead you to a wealth of ideas to continue to extend your own CRM system. The writing style is a common-sense approach so that you don't have to be a programmer to understand that content, something you won't find in other books on the market.

I'd recommend this to anyone looking to gain a solid understanding of the power of CRM and how it can be molded for your business.

4 out of 5 stars A very well written book   November 17, 2008

This book was extremely well written. It was an easy read full of real life examples. If it were to be used as a reference book, the chapters are well organized and it would be easy fo the user to select chapters that would be relevant to thier task. I would definitely buy this book again and will look for other titles. The only thing I can think of that would have improved this title is that the screenshots are extremely small and sometimes it is hard to tell what you're looking at...I'll repost if this is different after my visit to the opthamologist. ;)

4 out of 5 stars Useful if you have decent computer skills.   April 1, 2009
Emily M. Verbeke (Albion, MI USA)
I've found this book to be very helpful. I've been working to facilitate our family business's adoption of Microsoft Dynamics CRM by doing some customization and additional set-up. I turn to this book to answer questions frequently throughout the day as I work on this project. It doesn't have explicit step by step instructions so you have to be comfortable and proficient with computers. If you have good computer skills this is a good book to help customize CRM to your needs and explore the workflow functionality.

4 out of 5 stars The Perfect Reference Book...   August 31, 2009
Beth Fenton (Sacramento, CA)
I found this book to be very well written and informative. I have worked in the industry for some time now and this is not only a book I feel very comfortable referring to my customers and co-workers, but also use as a reference for myself from time to time. It is well organized and laid out. This makes it very reader friendly and you won't have to spend hours searching for the answer to your questions. I would definitely recommend this book for anyone who uses Microsoft Dynamics CRM or who is considering whether or not Microsoft Dynamics CRM will meet their business needs. Unleash the power of CRM for yourself!

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Unleashed

2 out of 5 stars Was that unleashed or unboxed?   January 12, 2009

While well written and informative, this title read more like a user manual than a book to help you unleash the power of CRM. I was hoping this book might help with utilizing CRM in the real world, instead I learned all about the standard opperations and configurations. I believe Dynamics CRM Unboxed to be the more appropriate title for this book. I'll have to keep looking for the book that really helps me to unleash this application.
