This book is a very helpful reference book that I have turned to several times now since completely my IT class. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn more basic information about the computer.
Very informative, but lacks organization September 17, 2009 David Yen-Yang Hsieh (Pleasanton, CA USA) I had to buy this book for my Online Computer Class in College. The book is very up to date
and has a lot of information on various computing subjects, but maybe a little too informative. The authors really need to re-organize this book to make it easier to find the terms and to read.
Not a great transaction.... March 5, 2010 J. Woods Book was in condition as mentioned. However I believed when listed as "Complete" this included code for course. No other description was provided, as seller stated it was stated in description that it was book only. After reading previous feedback I see that this was not the first time. I suggest asking seller many questions prior to purchase, including return policy, as there is a restocking % on returns. As a mother of a child in college, paying full tuition I was hoping to save a few dollars on books, I have learned it may not be worth going through with situations like these, and I would not buy from this seller again.
